In July 2014 he obtained a master's degree in Law in Ferrara, with a thesis in investigation techniques, in collaboration with the Department of Engineering. He practiced in MGTM Avvocati Associati and for 18 months at the Criminal Court of Ferrara alongside a criminal judge.
He mainly deals with criminal law, in particular in relations with the public administration, which he also investigates with reference to the scope of application of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the Organization models. He also deals with criminal law and new technologies.
In the field of civil law, he follows non-contractual civil liability processes and executive and bankruptcy procedures.
Since 2019 he is a member of the Ferrarese Criminal Chamber and of the Prison Observatory at the Chamber.
